Work from Home Setup

In the scriptures, we read “Where there is no vision, the people perish”(Proverbs 29:18) In the church we are taught one of the meanings of vision “the act or power of imagination; mode of seeing or conceiving; unusual discernment or foresight.” In broader topics, the Church touches on one of the ways we can work and provide for our needs and can find as one of the future opportunities to foresee. The world taught the same principles, nowadays that topic is already a widespread discussion and saw what will be the future of work. “Just like the world at large, the world of work shifts and changes over time. The future of work refers to an informed perspective on what businesses and other organizations need to know about how the work could shift (given digitization and other trends), plus how workforces and workplaces can prepare for those changes, big and small.” 

As human beings, no one can predict the future with perfect surety, but it is plain to see that the world of work is changing, just as the world itself is. Given that vision, we must look ahead and prepare for what will happen next. According to research, 74% of surveyed CFOs plan to keep part of their workforce permanently remote after the COVID-19 crisis.

I know this is something to be a difficult subject for discussion at least we are given already shadows of what will be the future of work. I understand that there are opportunities and risks in remote work that will arise, however, we must devise solutions that will be sustainable for everyone so that we will see the whole picture.
